FleetWiki Privacy Policy
Introduction
The mission of FleetWiki is to create a community of fleet operators
and suppliers working to implement environmentally friendly technologies that
reduce cost and improve driver safety. To achieve
our Mission, we make services available through our website and mobile
applications, to help you and other fleet operators and industry suppliers
meet, exchange ideas, learn, make deals, work, and make decisions in a network
of trusted relationships.
Being part of FleetWiki means sharing information about yourself with
other professionals, communicating with them, as well as working privately on
your own. By default, your account is set up to share the information that
we have found the vast majority of our Users are
interested in sharing. But the amount and type of information you decide
to share, and with whom you share it, is up to you.
Here are the three main types of information on FleetWiki:
- Information
about yourself that you share. This is the information that
other professionals and companies see about you. This includes your
profile and your contributions to FleetWiki. You have control over
what you share, and you can update information at any time.
- Communication. We help
you communicate with other professionals. You decide how much or how
little you wish to communicate.
- Private
activity. We also provide tools that you can use privately on FleetWiki
(for example, searching research topics). These actions and
information are private, and we don't share or distribute them to others
on the website.
Of course, maintaining your trust is our top concern, so we adhere to the

By joining FleetWiki, you voluntarily and willingly provide FleetWiki (a
service provided by Havill & Company Inc., Toledo, OH, USA)
certain information, including personally identifiable information, which we
collect in order to provide the Services. If you
have any hesitation about providing information to us or having your
information displayed on the FleetWiki website or otherwise used in any manner
permitted in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, you should not become a
member of the FleetWiki community; and, if you are already a member, you should

FleetWiki Communications

By joining FleetWiki, you agree FleetWiki may use information you provide in
marketing campaigns to third parties for the purpose of growing membership and
promoting FleetWiki's services. If you provide testimonials about FleetWiki, we
may post those in connection with promoting FleetWiki to others.
Advertising and Endorsements on FleetWiki
We do not partner with third parties to display personalized advertising
without explicit user consent. We may, however, display general or contextual
advertisements or perform non-identifiable analytics to improve our services.

collect information about your interactions with FleetWiki—but only on an

aware that even after your request for a change is processed, FleetWiki may

operators and suppliers working together on environmentally friendly
technologies, we set what we believe to be reasonable default settings. We
encourage Users to review their account settings and adjust them in accordance

Closing Your Account

information, though we may do so to comply with legal obligations, resolve

have shared with others, or that other Users have copied, may remain visible

Memorializing Accounts
If we learn a User is deceased, we may memorialize that User's account. This
may include restricting profile access or removing certain functionality.

obligations are imposed by law, and others have become customary in
user-friendly communities of like-minded members such as FleetWiki:
